I’m a Celebrity

I am sure that it has come to the attention of many of you that the thirteenth series of ‘I’m a Celebrity; Get Me Out of Here’ was released recently – if you didn’t know, then I’d say that you are perhaps living in a hole.

This year’s line-up of celebrities is an interesting brew of strong vodka, and diluted soft drinks. In other words, there are some people who are more outspoken than the rest. TOWIE star, Joey Essex; beauty pageant queen, Amy Willerton; Strictly Come Dancing’s Vincent Simone, and Olympic Gold medallist, Rebecca Adlington are among the list of celebrities who entered the jungle. Not to mention, Matthew Wright, TV presenter, and David Emanuel, a co-designer of Princess Diana’s wedding dress.

As always, the entertaining show is presented by the one and only duo of Ant and Dec, and the return of the ‘Dingo Dollar Challenge’ resulted in the reappearance of Kiosk Keith. The Bushtucker trials are, as ever, entertaining. For example, imagine eating a fried scorpion, having a live crocodile placed on your body, or having to hold a spider in your mouth. Whilst there is the physical challenge of being in the jungle, there is also the mental challenge having to cope with being cut off from the real world.

Although seven celebrities have already been eliminated and sent home, there is still plenty of action to be observed, because as the number of celebrities decreases, the tension increases. ‘I’m a Celebrity’ airs every day on ITV in the evening.

Happy watching!
